This service is a favorite amongst many of my clients, as it is often times one of the keys to a happier, healthier YOU. My GOAL is to give you some tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle and put you in a place you want to be. After several sessions, you will become confident in your ability at handling and overcoming issues whenever and wherever they arise. There is no age minimum or limit but from the ages of 0-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-24, 27-35 and 45-50 are the most influential, life changing stages of our lives.

My mind naturally takes the creative logical route to come up with practical solutions and my knowledge allows me to suggest just what you may need to get you going. I have built and removed forms for concrete. Worked with metal studs. Built metal sheds; Wood framing; Custom wood platform beds; concrete/stone driveways, pads, patios, walkways and RV Pads.
I have done electrical, plumbing, excavation, masonry projects as well.
